Skills required

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and develop strong working relationships with clients, business partners and other stakeholders

  • Strong client-service orientation
  • Given the international nature of Financial Services Institutions, fluency in a second language is an asset (not required)
  • Desire to learn and an eagerness to make a meaningful contribution
  • An understanding of financial markets and trends, global and regional
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • CFA designation to demonstrate technical skills, as well as interest in the field
  • CSC for some advisor roles
  • FRM for risk roles
  • For Capital Market roles, GPA is important. Others depend on the function/area of the institutes
