With over 8 years of combined experience in HR, Recruitment, and Career Advising, Audrey has worked extensively with early-career professionals in launching rewarding and meaningful careers. Her most recent role involved spearheading Alumni Services and Employer Engagement at NPower Canada, a national non-profit for those experiencing barriers to employment. In this capacity, Audrey fostered partnerships within the labor market, promoting inclusive access to tech careers and fostering diversity at Fortune 500 companies. Over a span of 3 years, she successfully led the career services and placement strategy for more than 3000 Alumni across the country, focusing particularly on those pursuing careers in Data Analytics. Prior to her involvement in the workforce development industry, Audrey provided career guidance to undergraduate and graduate students at Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business. As part of her role, Audrey assisted individuals in defining their career-related goals, including devising effective job search strategies, conducting industry research, understanding networking principles, reviewing resumes and cover letters, and preparing for interviews. Finally, Audrey’s corporate experience extends to launching training and development initiatives, establishing internship programs, recruiting talent globally, and providing valuable support in performance management during her tenure at Cinesite Studios. Her deep understanding of the intricacies involved in cultivating a prosperous career in the business world will prove to be an invaluable asset to Rotman students and alumni in their pursuit of professional fulfillment.
