Diana coaches early and mid-career professionals to develop their unique strengths and build the confidence they need to progress in their careers. She focuses on career management, professional branding, and navigating a job search.
Diana supports experienced and non-experienced students of all ages and disciplines with career and self-development. She has designed online and in-person coaching programs and has experience with self-assessment tools, job search strategies, professional training, and other career-related topics.
Prior to becoming a Professional Coach, Diana spent over 10 years working in increasingly senior positions at digital marketing agencies, with a focus on high tech and healthcare clients. She also worked as a recruiter at a prominent Toronto tech start up. This background influences Diana’s coaching style, and gives her good insight into what it takes to succeed in different workplace environments.
She holds a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies (BMOS) with a Specialist in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour from Western University, is an Accredited Certified Coach (ACC) designation with the Adler Graduate Professional School, a designation granted by the International Coach Federation and also has obtained a Post-Graduate Certificate from Conestoga College for Career Development Practitioner (CDP).
