Katie works with Rotman’s Global Executive MBA students, providing individual leadership coaching and career support to assist students in the advancement of their careers and development of their leadership and management capabilities. Katie also supports the Leadership Development Program by providing 1:1 coaching on each student’s individual Leadership Development Plan, using the Rotman developed 360′ Leadership Assessment as a tool to uncover themes and possible avenues for growth.
Katie is herself an MBA graduate from Rotman and also has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. Katie’s work experience spans over 25 years in a variety of roles, including 10 years in management consulting. Katie has worked for investment, health insurance, banking, and consulting companies in progressively senior roles in project management, operations, general management, customer strategy, and brand strategy.
