Associate Director, Industry Engagement
Sheila Schaffzin is Rotman’s Associate Director of Industry Engagement on the Career Services team. She built a career in corporate recruiting, sales, and business development before joining higher-ed in career services. A native of Boston, Massachusetts who relocated to Toronto from San Diego, CA in 2020, she is able to bring her combined corporate and higher-ed knowledge to the Rotman team. She is passionate about helping the organizations she partners with to find strong talent, while providing leadership to her team to ensure both student and company needs are met. She is a graduate of Babson College in Massachusetts, where she received a Bachelors of Business Administration, focusing on marketing and entrepreneurship.
